How do I change or cancel my order?

Do I have to sign up for a Subscription?

Nope! If you’d rather order as needed, you can do that through the Products page of our website. However, if you order a Starter/Trial Set, a Subscription will automatically be included.

Can I send a gift from Harry's to my friends?

While we don't offer gift-able Subscriptions, you can always send anything from the Products page as a gift. You'll even have the choice of including a special message!
