Here are the steps to take to get that all squared away:

If you have a Subscription: 

1. Head over to your Profile and sign in using your email address and password.
2. Go to the Your Next Box tab.
3. Scroll down to Subscription Settings, and click Shipping Address. 
4. A tab should open to the right. Click Add Address in that tab.
5. Click on Save Changes.
