Sign in to your Profile, and ensure the “Your Subscriptions” tab is underlined. If it's not, click “Your Subscriptions”.

All active and inactive Subscriptions will be listed. If you do not see an active Subscription, is it possible it’s registered to a different email address?

Click “MODIFY / CANCEL” to the right of the specific product you’d like to cancel:

You’ll then be offered the options to delay, edit, or cancel your Subscription. To cancel, click “MODIFY OR CANCEL” under “Subscription Settings”:

You’ll then be given the options to delay, edit, or cancel your subscription. To cancel, click “CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION” on the right-hand side of the page. We'll send you an email confirming the cancellation within 24 hours.

If you are subscribed to multiple products, repeat steps 1-5 for each product you’d like to cancel.
